The Craig CMP801 tablet was released in 2016 by Microsoft. It was also known as
The device features an 8.95-inch high-definition digital capacitive multi-touch screen and weighs 2 pounds. It has a 1024 x 600 resolution (16:9) with multicolor features. It runs on the Microsoft Windows 8.1 operating system with Bing as the default search engine. Other components built into the device include a 1GB DDR-III RAM for storage, front and rear cameras, WiFi (802.11b/g/n), Bluetooth 4.0, a rechargeable battery, speaker, and a microphone. The Craig CMP801 also features a card reader made for Micro SD Cards that support up to 32GB of storage. Other features include a USB and headphone/microphone ports.
The device comes with a USB Cable and AC/USB adaptor that enables the user to charge and connect their device to their vehicle or television. It has a touchscreen keyboard, but you can also connect a physical keyboard to turn it into a mini laptop.
Identification
The Craig CMP801 tablet is also known as the iCraig or CMP801-BUN. It has a black plastic housing with a Windows icon printed in the center of the screen bezel. The front-facing camera is located in the corner of the opposite bezel. You can find the model name, number, and other product information on a label on the back case.
