Touch Screen Not Responding Properly

The screen of the ventilator doesn’t respond to your touch or is frozen.

Unresponsive/Frozen Touch Screen

If screen is frozen or the screen is not responsive when pressing or pushing buttons. To re-calibrate or to replace it, use “this guide”.

Internal Battery Is Used Up Prematurely/Ventilator Isn’t Powering On

The battery isn’t working or the device won’t power on at all.

Faulty Battery

If the internal battery fails to work even if it was fully charged, to remove and replace it, use “this guide”.

Sound Is Distorted In the Speaker

Sound comes out weird or not at all when it is supposed to.

Faulty Speaker

If the entire speaker fails to work properly, whether the sound comes out distorted or not at all, remove and replace it using “this guide”.

Top Cover Damage/Cracks

The top cover of the ventilator is cracked or there is some kind of damage done to it.

Fan is Making a Weird Sound/Fan is not Operating

While using the ventilator, it makes a weird noise or the fan is not operating.

The Air Inlet Filter Is Dirty

When checking the filter, it looks dirty.

Air Inlet Filter Collected Too Much Lint or Dust

While using the ventilator, you should be periodically checking to ensure that the filter does not collect too much stuff (such as lint or dust) so it can properly do its job. In the case that the filter collected too much lint or dust, use “this guide” to remove and replace the filter.
