The Olympus Stylus 725 SW is also known and sold as the μ 725 SW in some markets.
This camera, introduced in 2006 by Olympus, was preceded by the Olympus Stylus 720 SW, which could be used at an underwater depth of up to 3 meters. Introduced months later, the 725 SW allowed camera use at an underwater depth of up to 5 meters.
The 725 SW has been sold in three different colors: Deep Blue, Cherry Red and Titanium Grey.
