How to get games to play

I turn ps3 on and the menu page starts up try to find the cd icon to start game and nothing also disc is not spinning it will when you load it in ps3 then stops after a sec or 2

Could be many things…

I would replace the laser deck first and see how that works out. Could be a bad laser.

This will most likely fix it!

If not, you might want to replace the disk drive (ALWAYS transfer your original PCB from the old drive to the new drive, otherwise it won’t read games!)
