The ClickN Kids Tablet won't turn on
I can't get the ClickN Kids Tablet to turn on.
Charge the device
The battery for the device has a very short life. Before you try to do anything else, try charging the device.
Reset the device
Next to the home button on the bottom of the device is the reset button for the device. Using something thin and long like a paper clip, push the reset button. This will reset the settings on your device.
Dead battery
The battery has probably died, and needs to be replaced. Follow our instructions on how to open the ClickN Kids Tablet to access and remove your battery.
The screen freezes
The screen freezes and is unresponsive to touch.
Turn off the device
Press the power button to turn off the tablet, wait a few minutes, and turn it back on. This will most likely fix the problem.
The screen is broken
The screen broke, and has become unresponsive.
Replace the screen
The screen needs to be replaced. Follow our guide to open the device and safely remove the screen.
Screen light is dim
The screen is dim, and I can't brighten it.
The back light is out
The back light is probably out, and you will need to replace it. Follow our guide to open your device and safely access and remove the screen.
The speakers stopped working or are making static noises
The speakers are either making static noises, or I can't hear anything from the speaker.
Turn off the device
Turn off the device, wait a few minutes, and turn the device back on.

The camera doesn't work

My sons tablet powers off all the time. Some times a minute after turning on some times it doesn't do it for days. Ran anti virus and it came back clean, any ideas?

I replaced the battery, but it's still not charging. I have checked (and re-checked) charging cable. It Is most definitely not the cable. So now I'm thinking it's the charging jack on the board. I cannot find any info about this. Any help here?
