PAPAISON Adjustable Inline Skates Cuff Buckle Replacement With Screws

Place the skate on a flat surface.

Locate the rivets on each side of the cuff buckle.

Insert Pozidriv PZ2 screwdriver into the back of each rivet and twist until the rivet is shaved down enough to pop out. Repeat as needed.

Remove the plastic part of the cuff buckle with the attached cuff and discard.

Your skate will look like this once they are removed. There are two ways to attach the new cuff buckle:

Place the skate on a flat surface.

Place the 11 mm washer on the inside of the skate, aligned with the opening.

Align the cuff buckle on the outside with the corresponding holes.

Insert the 8.5 mm screw into a hole on the outside of the skate.

Insert a Phillips #0 screwdriver into the 8.5 mm screw from the outside and turn it until it's tight.

Repeat steps 3-5 with second screw.

Place a washer over the remaining hole on the outside of the skate buckle.

Align the cuff buckle clip on the exterior of the skate.

Ensure the washer is pressed flush with the inside of the skate.

Insert the screw into the opening from the outside of the skate.

Use a Phillips #0 screwdriver to secure the screw.
