Nikon Coolpix S6000 Repair

The Nikon's Coolpix S6000 features 14.2 effective megapixels and a 7x optical zoom-glass lens. The camera is able to record 720p HD videos and includes an HD output on Movie Mode. The Smart Portrait System allows the camera shutter to capture a photo as soon as the subject smiles.

This camera is lightweight and portable, weighing just 156 g. The lens cover will open when the lens projects into position during use. Shooting Mode allows the user to capture pictures and Movie Mode allows video capture. Images, sound, and videos are stored on a removable SD Card. Replacement of the SD Card results in additional storage space.

The Nikon Coolpix series was released from 1997 to 2016, featuring a line of digital compact cameras with superzoom, bridge, and travel-zoom features. Similar cameras to the Nikon Coolpix S6000 are the S4000, S6800, and S7000 models. The S6000 features a sensor with a pixel pitch greater than the S6800 and the sensor is 12% larger. Compared to the S4000, the S6000 has a 7x zoom lens compared to the 4x zoom lens of the S4000.
