Background
The HP Deskjet 1000 printer is a basic printer released in 2010 with two plugs (a USB connection cord plug and a power cord plug) and one button for powering the device on and off. It connects to a computer via a USB 2.0 cable and has no wireless printing capabilities. It supports the following paper types: U.S. Letter, U.S. Legal, Executive, A4, A5, 5 x 7 inch, 8 x 10 inch.
Identification
It can be identified by model number VCVRA-1003. Underneath the power button atop the printer is the HP Deskjet 1000 label. The model number can be found on the sticker located on the bottom of the back side of the printer.
