A; Please be sure to keep your coffee filter to see if it needs to be replaced. This should be done every 60 days.
Q: There is water running down the back of my lid, will it start leaking?
A: This could be due to natural condensation caused by the water heating up. The condensed water will simply drip back into the water reservoir.
Q:Where do i get a replacement carafe for the dcc 3200?
