uhh... that's a guide for the 14 Pro while Meer asked for a replacement for the 14 Pro Max. A lot of other things also have to be removed before the charging port flex can be removed.

You'll have to go a few steps beyond @theogrefal65827 's answer unfortunately...
If your charging port and microphone failed then you'll have to replace the whole charging port flex, which included both these parts.
From what I gathered the charging port flex on the 14 Pro Max is fortunately not buried under the battery, but you still have to remove the taptic engine and a couple of screws after you remove the loudspeaker to get to the charging port flex. Since there's no official iFixit guides on how to replace the flex, I'd advise you to first follow this guide to first remove the loudspeaker & Taptic Engine;

Then maybe find a video guide on removing the whole charging port & microphone flex and follow that.
Make sure to drain your battery and backup your phone to minimize the risks of the battery burning or data loss, just in case your repair went wrong ;)
