Hi!
So, the controller won't turn on even when you have the Micro-USB connector attached?
First of all, how is the battery? Maybe you want to replace that first and see if it will turn on at least.
You could also replace the LED/USB board and see what happens.

Those things I would replace first, if it's still failing afterwards, then you might want to replace the motherboard...
