When I put controller to charge dock lights turn of or Green light in shape of controller in side it didn't turn red even controller light turn Yellow that show show on controller to see if it chargeing or not is working too

How old is the controller? Does it have the original battery? Have you tried charging it with a cable plugged into your playstation or a standard USB charger? Do you have another controller to verify the charging dock works? If the charging dock works with another controller and you can't charge that controller with a USB cable, it is likely a battery issue. If you have had that controller for several years, it might be time to replace the battery.

I’m sorry, but what do you mean? Is the controller charging or not? If not, try with the Micro USB on the PS4 and see what happens. Does this work?? Then try another controller on the dock, just to test if it is the dock or controller.
