Stuck in recovery mode

So my phone was doing this on and off thing every 3 minutes so I thought I would just update the phone and so I put it on o.recovery mode and it wouldn't do it bc it has a window of like 4 minutes before it turns off so I put it in DFU MODE and it was the same thing so no update no restore so now it's in recovery mode and will not come out of it I have a new phone but it's not a iPhone I just want my phone back bc without it I'm locked out of everything

First, try to force a restart: https://support.apple.com/guide/iphone/f...

If that doesn't work, I would suggest that you follow that recovery process to ensure that your data is protcted.

This process is very effective because it essentially backs up your data to your laptop and then clears/resets everything on the phone. Here is a video that explains a bit more about this process: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NiEr2A10...
