Hi!
If it’s broken inside (like pins that are bent), you need to replace the port.
Replacing this one is NOT easy. You need to solder and need soldering skills to get it fixed!

Could you disassemble it and check if there is continuity with a multimeter? Maybe it's just a solder joint that broke
