Hinge Switch is not activating the roller
When pulling the handle back to vacuum, the roller doesn’t engage. I have followed all the troubleshooting and it has to be the switch.

You are correct. There is a micro switch that gets filled with extra fine lint/dust. The switch is challenging to access and requires disassembly of the head (not for the faint of heart). WD-40 can be your friend if you access the switch.
