You may need to close programs that you are not using or you can improve you RAM.

You might try running a scan, you may have a virus. If you do have a virus, here are some helpful programs: http://free.avg.com/us-en/homepage, https://www.avast.com/en-us/index, http://www.mcafee.com/us/, and http://us.norton.com/antivirus/
