The screen does not respond to inputs or is stuck on a single image.

Driver is installed but is unresponsive to the operating system.

If the screen is not responding to any form of touch or button press, you may try restarting the device. If the device continues refusing to respond to inputs you may need to replace the screen.

If direct impact is taken to the front of the device, damage can be done.

No or garbled audio comes from the device when not using headphones.

Audio issues can be caused by a faulty speaker or connection.

If areas of the speaker system are blocked with dirt or debris it can result in poor audio quality.

Battery drains rapidly without constant charging.

The charging cord may be loose or the port may be full of debris. These would both cause problems with charging. This can be identified by the device stopping and resuming charging randomly. If the battery will not charge even with a clean charging port, the battery may need replacement.

If the storage drive is physically damaged it may result in worse performance.

If the camera is physically damaged it may need to be replaced

Device gets too hot and may shut itself down.

If the operating system is out of date it can run inefficiently and require more battery usage.

A broken battery can result in high amounts of heat buildup

The phone case can potentially prevent hot air from escaping, preventing the tablet from cooling down

If the battery is damaged the tablet will not be able to turn on.
