My screen is black

Your screen is not responding and remains black.

Dead Battery

If your charger input works (as described above), you could have a battery problem. You will need to remove and check the battery to see if it's dead by using a multimeter (explained in guide below), which is commonly found at a hardware store.

Broken LCD

If your battery and charger input are both working (as described above), that means the LCD screen is broken and will need to be replaced.

My speakers aren't working

The volume is turned up and there is still no sound.

If the sound does not work, your phone's speakers may need to be replaced.

The buttons on my keypad don't work

Your phone is turned on and the buttons do not respond.

If the keypad is unresponsive, it may need to be replaced.

My phone case is damaged

Your phone case is scratched or cracked.

Damaged or Broken Case

If your phone's case or plastic screen cover is damaged, you will need to remove and replace the case.
