I have been using the stick up camera for less than a year (8 months).

Nothing but hassle ! Can’t view camera in tha app, says “we are having trouble connecting to your stick up cam” even thought it’s connected to a good wi-fi signal and is supposedly online.

I know where I’d like to stick cam UP !! What a load of crap !

The stick up cam generation 3 requires you physically be there to push the reset button if there is a major problem. When your camera is in Florida and you are in New York. PROBLEM.

If you do get it reset. Then following the instructions such as “are the lights flashing blue” or ???? PROBLEM. Can you see light flash in New York when the camera is in Florida? The camera needs to be able to connect up to the network when it becomes available. Not lose its settings. Remote management should be able to find your camera an allow remote configuration.
