What kind of switches do the shoulder buttons use? I'd like to try and replace my R1 PCB switch button due to it taking way too much force for it to activate

The L2/R2 (analog) are using a HAL sensor. The L1/R1 are using a horizontal SMD button (via a weak, damageable plastic rocker lever - mine broke with a hair crack).

I ended up getting one and for some reason it’s like frozen. The light is on and everything but the controller itself doesn’t work on top of that I tried resetting by holding the ps button and nothing happens. I need help !!

this is stupid, I've had the controller 3 months and already have issues. It won't connect to the dongle on the xbox at all, which happens every other week, but resetting my xbox would fix. now it doesn't. This is the first and last Victrix controller I'll ever use.
