Phone will not turn on
- Low battery - check battery meter or place in charging station.

- Charging cable is loose - remove and re-insert firmly.

- In an area of low service - move to a different area.

Cannot hear through earpiece
- Volume setting is too low - increase volume.

Correspondent cannot hear transmitted voice
- In an area of low service - move to a different area.
- Microphone is obstructed. Try cleaning out the area using the Microphone Replacement Guide.

Keypad not responsive
- Battery is not charged - place in charging station.
- Buttons are loose or broken. See Keypad Replacement Guide.
Screen is not displaying anything
