1. Step 1 Antenna
  Locate the antenna at the top of the phone.
  
  Grab the antenna between your thumb and forefinger with one hand. With the opposite hand, hold the phone firmly.
  
  Remove the antenna by slowly pulling it out of the socket away from the phone.
  
  Note: If necessary, wiggle antenna carefully to loosen.
