The Dyson V15 Detect is a cordless stick vacuum released by Dyson in 2021. It uses a Hyperdymium motor, a removable click-in battery, and a fully sealed filtration system to capture dust and debris. The V15 Detect’s main feature is its Laser Slim Fluffy cleaner head, which projects a green laser to make small particles on hard floors easier to see. Its LCD screen displays battery life, power mode, maintenance alerts, and a real-time count of collected particles.

The V15 Detect succeeded the Dyson V11 line and was later followed by the Dyson Gen5detect.

This model of Dyson vacuum can be identified by the factory code printed on a sticker inside the handle. Remove the battery and look at the bottom of the handle; the factory code appears in the sticker’s upper-left corner. Codes SV22 and SV47 correspond to the Dyson V15 Detect.
