Hi @ililesimon
Start the PC and get into BIOS and check if the SSD model information is shown in Configuration > UEFI HII Configuration.
If it isn't listed then either the NVME drive has become disconnected from the motherboard somehow or has failed
If it is listed, what is the full model number of the AIO as shown on the product information label on the back of the case?
To install Win11, search online for the Intel Rapid Storage Technology (RST) VMD driver for your exact model (search online for it from the HP website).
Once found, download the drivers to a USB flashdrive and then start the Win 11 installation procedure. When it gets to the Where do you want to install Windows? screen, select the Load driver option on the screen and then click Browse to find the USB drive with the driver file on it. Click on the Intel RST VMD Controller file to install the driver and hopefully the NVME drive should appear so that the Win11 installation can proceed.

The obvious question is "Why would you want to?" but leaving that aside, the Envy Move uses an NVME drive. All solid state drives are subject to catastrophic failure - they will suddenly simply stop working at all. So the first step is to see if this is a Windows installer problem by trying to boot from something like System Rescue CD (installed on a USB drive) to see if it can detect the NVME drive. If it can't, you'll need to replace the NVME drive.
If it can, check to see if the drive is properly set up with GPT partitioning. Again, you can do this with System Rescue CD - most easily by starting the GUI (startx) and running gparted.
