Is stroller joint loose?

My Cybex stroller has developed a persistent rattling and clicking noise coming specifically from the main side joint area (marked by my hand in the attached photo).

Could this annoying click simply be due to loose exterior Torx bolts caused by a previous heavy load, or is it likely that the internal mechanism is already worn out or misaligned right where my hand is pointing?

Any advice or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated!
