Cluster board has several issues

Cluster board has several issues. Left turn indicator sometime works and sometimes doesn’t while the outside turn signal works. Also, fuel gage fluctuates. Lastly, when playing my stereo especially when a song that has more bass, sounds like rattling coming from the instrument panel area
