Geforce GT 710

The GeForce GT 710 was a bare-bones graphics card by NVIDIA, launched on January 26th, 2016. Built on the 40 nm process, and based on the GF119 graphics processor, in its GF119-300-A1 variant, the card supports DirectX 12. Even though it supports DirectX 12, the feature level is only 11_0.

fan is not working

fan is not moving and display is coming from motherboard dp port

I would be guessing, but if fan isnt working and MB DP port is, then the 710 bd isn't getting power and is completely dead. Even if the fan is dead, the bd should run until it overheats. Of course, if that happens, the danger is the GPU totally dies which means it is time for a new board - it is 10 yrs old.
