My Xbox one s was working perfectly but sometimes when you when it boots the screen glitches and when I adjust the hdmi it becomes better but now the console is on but my tv says no signal.can I know the exact problem

What do you mean "adjust the HDMI" and with "glitches"? What do you see when it glitch?
I would replace the HDMI cable first and see if that works.
If that is not working, it might be the HDMI port inside the console.
