My laptop wont start
When i plug it in the light is on meaning it is charging but when i press the power button, nothing works

This can be an array of issues. If it doesn't power on at all, that can be faulty wires, a bad screen, even bad cpu. Until you take it apart and check internally, there would be no easy way to diagnose the root cause.
