Error Phone heating up and closing apps

Hello, my phone is a Huawei Y6p, manufactured in 2020. Sometimes, after a short period of use—and sometimes after a longer time—it shows an overheating warning and closes all apps. It may be a software or hardware issue. Please guide me on how to fix it.
