Email and logging issue after erasing data

I have erased my phone data and later on I can't login to my phone when ever I added my Gmail it keeps on showing THE GOOGLE ASSISTANT NEEDS ACTIVITY CONTROL THAT YOUR DEVICE ADMINISTRATOR HAS LIMITED ON THIS ACCOUNT.CHECK WITH YOUR ADMINISTRATOR OR SWITCH ACCOUNT AND TRY AGAIN.i have already switched the account but still showing such what is the solution
