Whenever i open my Samsung Note 20 ultra 5G software update setting and try to update it, a message saying that my software version isn't available appears.. what can i do to fix this??

Samsung has officially ended support for the Note 20 series i.e. no more updates from Samsung.
You could try installing a custom rom but as I don't have the model I don't know if they're any good etc.
