After a few years of use, rechargeable batteries wear out. Virtual all are sealed, not serviceable. Under warranty, they're most likely replaced, not repaired. Try repair shops for costs if they're willing to make repairs. If one battery is worn out, all batteries should be replaced. Not worth possible damage during disassembly.
