How do you replace a failed speaker?

My speaker on my minimal phone MP01 failed after about nine months of use. The only thing that's been consistent and loud has been my alarm in the morning. I want to know if anyone knows how or has figured out how to repair the speaker on this phone without damaging it and what parts would be needed to do so.

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

Firstly Turn the phone off completely.Remove SIM Tray Use an ejector tool to take out the SIM tray.Pry the Shell: Carefully wedge a thin prying tool into the seam at the top corner of the back cover. Slide it around to unclip the shell.Unscrew the Body: Remove the two main screws holding the secondary inner frame. Note that one might be hidden under a small white sticker.Lift the Board: Gently lift the main board, watching out for the delicate antenna wires attached to the shell.Swap the Speaker: Use tweezers to lift the old speaker out of its lower housing, drop the new one in, and reassemble everything in reverse.

I appreciate your response. I'll try that the only problem though is I'm not quite sure what the particular speaker is like the model number or anything to look it up by.
