FRP is a feature that is by design hard to bypass. The easiest and preferable method to solve FPR is by applying the inquired information, such as email and password. If this is a second hand device, then I'd recommend that you contact the seller.
Anyway, we at iFixit are a hardware and components repair group and not as much for software or firmware issues nor forgotten passwords. I'd recommend you looking at other places for software related issues.
