Hi!
Are you getting any other symptoms such as flashing lights, or anything?
Start of by cleaning the AirPods and their charging case, specifically the charging pads/connectors on the earbuds and inside the case. You can follow Apple's Official AirPods cleaning guide.
If cleaning them does not work, try resetting the AirPods. You can do this by:
- Put the AirPods in their case.
- Close the lid.
- Wait 30 seconds.
- Open the lid, then double-tap the front of the case three times.
