First of all, what's wrong with your recliner? What's it doing or not doing that needs to be repaired?

It's also vital for us to know what kind of recliner you have; there are a LOT of them on the market and it's going to be hard for us to help without knowing which one you have. The name of the manufacturer and any model information you have will help.

Finally, your question seems to be framed as a request for someone else to fix your recliner; I have to point out that iFixit is dedicated to providing parts and information for you to be able to fix your own things; they do not offer repair services.
