Why is the watch screen not working
The watch suddenly turned off i thought the battery drained I kept it in for charging but screen do not respond

I have a few thought, but based on the information you gave, this sounds like a power issue. I would start with basic things, like a known good USB cable/charger. And if you still get no response from that, I would start with battery. The series 3 has been around for some time now so its definitely possible the battery has degraded and just doesn't want to charge any longer.
Do you get any signs of life? Haptics? Sounds or any indication the display is working?
