Why is my cpu temps spiking
every now and then maybe two times a day my CPU temperatures would spike to 200° for about a minute and then go back down to normal temps

°F or °C? The first thing that I would recommend that you do is to get a better CPU cooler. If that doesn't work, then I suggest that you run an antivirus program to see if you have any viruses.
