Xbox Series X controller joysticks hyper-sensitive on console only

My standard Xbox Series X controller feels hyper-sensitive with the joysticks across all games when connected to my Xbox console, but it works completely normally when plugged into a laptop. I've already checked that there are no custom settings or controller firmware updates available, tried power cycling the console, and tested it on a different user profile, but the issue persists. What could be causing this console-specific sensitivity problem?

I don’t think it’s hardware related somehow.

I advise to check with gamepad tester on the PC. Does the same thing happen? You can try to calibrate the sticks (if possible).

Is there a possibility to test on another Xbox? Do other controllers work fine on your Xbox? Does this happen with all the games?

In this case we know for sure where to look.

Im not able to try on another xbox, but ive bought new controllers wireless and wire and they do the same thing.

Okay, so it's most likely related to the Xbox console if other controllers are having issues as well. In this case, make sure that the console is fully up to date. If that is the case, try to reset the Xbox and see what happens (make sure to backup first). Please let us know how that goes :)!

It started when I had an issue and I reset my xbox and ive done multiple resets since then and the issue still persist
