I am looking for a screen replacement guide or instructions for the POCO M6 5G, but I couldn't find one in the knowledge base. Could anyone share instructions or tips on how to replace the screen on this model?

Here's a video that shows how to replace the screen in the phone.
Search online for Xiaomi Poco M6 Pro 5G (23076PC4BI) Display module LCD + Digitizer to find screen suppliers that suit you best.
While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit. That will help the next person that has the same issues with their device. It's easy and fun to create a new guide The iFixit community will appreciate this.
