I replace the motherboard and it’s requesting for a password but it was a pin that I was using previously

@isaacbadim at what time in the Boot sequence does it ask you for password? The replacement is a used motherboard?

if it asking at the Windows login - connect it to the the internet and retry, often solves it.

bitlocker recovery?

@jendelui Not exactly, Windows doesn't require an internet connection in order to log in.
