What is the year and model of the vehicle i.e.. RAM 1500, 2500, 3500 etc?
Asking because most probably the power outlet fuse or the cigar lighter fuse has blown and it is a different fuse number depending on what year and model the vehicle is.
Check the owner manual or the fuse layout list in the lid of the fuse box to find the relevant fuse in your vehicle.
