Best that I can find out is that Somno equipment is now supported by Löwenstein Medical.
Both the mask tube fitting and breathing tube in your CPAP machine are 19mm inner diameter/22mm cuffed ends
Examples for the tube would be these¹
As for the mask any CPAP nasal or full face mask which has a 22mm female tube fitting would suffice
¹ Note that the MPN number i.e.WM24445, for the tube shown in this link for the Lowenstein Prisma Breathing Tube 22mm is the same number as shown in the service manual for the Somno Comfort 2 & 2E machines - see Item #9 on p.33
