Sharry, it appears your question has been migrated from a comment; unfortunately we've lost the context of the conversation and don't know what kind of Fire-Boltt device you have. Please let us know what device and model number you have and what you've done to try and troubleshoot the problem. Have you checked the charger to make sure it's working? Is it possible the battery is old and has died?
