Temperature of reflowing the WiFi chip

I bought a secondhand Sony xz3 (Japanese model SOV39) and immediately after charging it up it began to lag and restart itself. The WiFi wouldn’t turn on and the SIM card didn’t work. I did a software reset and somehow it fixed itself. So I happily used it for a couple of days but after about 8 days it started to freeze then restart itself and refuse to turn on WiFi, and a software reset and common methods like turning on airplane mode didn’t stop it from rebooting. Bluetooth is fully functional, resetting network would result in a reboot, and rebooting in safe mode didn’t help.

After some research I now suspect that the WiFi IC has failed/desoldered itself, and is now planning to reflow or replace it if I have to. However, I don’t have a lot of experience with microsoldering and last time I attempted a similar repair I ended up cooking my hand and tearing half of the solder pads off.

Can anyone recommend a temperature I should set my hot air station to? Thanks in advance
