Its completely damaged, and cant see a thing or using any funtions to back up stuff or get 10 years pictures of my children finally got picks i wish i could extract them or transfer thm to my sons Phone

Hey Sandra,
The best option is to either repair the screen yourself or find a local reputable shop to repair it. The good news is the parts aren't expensive.
