Lenovo 82TT cannot shutdown completely

My laptop (Lenovo V15 G3 IAP, type 82TT), the fan and SSD's indicator are still running and lighting after shutdown, all drivers and BIOS version are updated the latest versions (no more update available). please anyone can help to find solution for this problem?
