Natalie, can you give us more information about what your mouse is doing or not doing? "Not working" doesn't really tell us much; we really have to have more to go on. What exactly do you mean by not working? Is it recognized when you plug it into a computer? Does the LED on bottom come on? Does the cursor move with the mouse? Are the buttons and scroll wheel responding?
