@arnavsrivastava you did not tell us the exact year and model for your Scorpio and what you have already checked. Common problem would be a blown fuse. Check for that first. Since the Scorpios have a standard issue two horns it is unlikely that both horns have failed at the same time but you can check those by directly connected 12V to your horn and see if they make a noise. If the fuse is okay and the horns work check the horn relay
